Returns

  • You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. 
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging. 
  • Custom-made or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at whippinwatersfishing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and a shipping address. 
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Email us to initiate an exchange. We’ll cover the shipping for your replacement if the original item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right
